Ticks are Here to Stay
There was a time that Ticks seemed like mythical creatures in our corner of the world. We didn’t have to worry about them because most of us had never seen one. Unfortunately, this is a far cry from our new reality.
In approximately the last 5 years, Ticks have become a very large issue for us.
With recent reports of Ticks en masse in local areas such as Conservation parks and walking trails, it’s a dark reality that we have to face. Luckily, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and many ways you can try to keep yourself and your pets safe.
With the help of Dr. Alex Avery, from the OurPetsHealth YouTube channel, we’ve put together a couple of videos to answer some of the common questions surrounding Ticks and the diseases and concerns they present.
